Booking Procedure

To book the apartment take the following steps.

Step 1 – Request confirmation of availability and price

Select the dates that you wish to book , highlight them on the calendar and send the email request to us by using the contact form.

Step 2 – booking acknowledgement

Within 24 hours normally we will respond indicating price and giving a booking referance.

Step 3 – Complete the Booking Form along with any extra requirements.

Either, open the word version of the booking form shown on the front page, complete the details and then save the document. E mail the document to us at . Post a cheque to us for the holding deposit which will be 20% of the apartment holiday cost.

Or print off the pdf version, complete and post to us along with a holding cheque for 20% of the apartment holiday cost.

Step 4 – confirmation and holiday invoice

We will then forward your holiday invoice along with final payment dates to your home address.

Step 5 – final payment reminder

We will remind you 5 days before the balance is due that you need to post the final payment.

Step 6 - 2 weeks before departure – security deposit

Arrange for payment of security deposit which is £500. This is normally refunded to you within 7 days of returning from holiday once we have been given the confirmation that there are no damages and that there is no evidence of smoking. Any evidence of smoke odour in the property and the deposit will be retained by us.
