We partner with a local service provider based in the adjoining village to Les Gets. You will be met by them when you arrive at the apartment and shown all the facilities. Also you have the added security of knowing that you have assistance on hand should you need advise or support an any local matter for the duration of your stay.

MY HOME IN THE ALPS are a small company focussed on giving the best attention to a small group of high quality chalets and you can be confident of the personal touch when you are dealing with them.

Below are just some examples of the services which they can provide.

Transfers

Transfers from the airport to Les Gets. This price will vary according to season.

You will be met at the airport by a shuttle bus and transferred directly to your apartment. Transfer time is normally a little over an hour but is obviously subject to weather.

Prices start at approx 30e per person, and vary dependant on type of transfer and number of passengers.

Airport Car Hire

Please be aware that there is a Swiss and French side at Geneva airport. For passengers arriving from the UK and heading for the Alps it is easier and quicker to arrive at the Swiss Sector.

Ski Hire and Equipment Hire

For delivery of equipment direct to your door or to pre book your ski lessons in resort. This is bookable through MY HOME.

Lift Passes

Simply advise MY HOME if you need lift passes, ages of individuals and duration. They will order these ahead of your stay and they will be delivered to the apartment ready for your arrival.

Welcome Packs

We can arrange for a variety of welcome packs from starter packs to weekly shops and even beer packs. Please select from the range offered below and request at on your booking form.

All welcome packs can be tailored to your needs an example of products and prices for a basic welcome pack is shown below. MY HOME will provide welcome packs specific to your requirements, just request at the time of booking and you will then be contacted with prices and product make up.

Welcome Pack 1 £32       Fresh milk,juice,tea bags,coffee,eggs,sliced bread,butter,jam,cornflakes,bottle of wine and toilet paper.

Welcome     Pack   2       £45          Crate of beer,(24x25cl bottles),2 bottles red wine,2 bottles white wine,bottle of vodka,2 large bottles of coke,1 large bottle of lemonade,orange juice and ice cube freezer packs.

Daily cleaning and mid week cleaning

Weekly cleaning is included in the cost of your holiday along with linen and towels which are provided for all booked occupants.

Whilst you are in resort if you feel that a weekly clean is not enough and you would like to book a mid week or daily clean please let us know at time of booking and we will arrange this direct.

The cost of this will  be £35 per clean either daily or mid week.

Please note it is a pre requisite that you leave the apartment in good clean order, tidy with beds stripped, dishwasher and bins emptied on departure. Failure to do this will result in us withholding £80 to cover the cost of cleaning locally.

Multi Pass

In the summer we are members of the Multi Pass scheme. This allows you access to all the facilities of the Portes du Soleil for 1e per day per person. This pass covers lifts, swimming pools and tennis courts. It is a great opportunity for our guests to see the area and is such good value.
