Price is unless specified, per accommodation and number of occupants agreed at time of booking (based on maximum 5 people), per week, in Pound Sterling (£), including a weekly linen change. You will be required to leave the property clean on departure. You may elect not to clean on departure and an additional price is payable upon booking to cover local cleaning costs.
As this is a luxury property a security deposit of £500 is payable 2 weeks prior to taking holiday. Refundable in full when the property has been checked post departure. Normally maximum 10 days.
20% deposit is payable on booking with full balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
Please note from January 1st the tourist charge will be €2.30 per person per night. Payable to us locally.
